SUPPORT RAF
DOES RAF ACCEPT DONATIONS?
Russian American Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) public charitable foundation with the mission to encourage interest in and understanding of Russian heritage among all communities in the U.S., as well as to promote reciprocal interest in American heritage among global communities of the former Soviet Union.
RAF welcomes support of the following programs:
- Bolshoi Ballet Academy Student Scholarships – RAF offers extensive scholarship support to aspiring talented dancers interested in participating in its Bolshoi Ballet Academy Program. The support is given based on demonstration of financial need and talent. Because of the quality of RAF’s Program, RAF is pleased that so many extremely talented students desire to participate. Unfortunately, many of them are unable to support the financial costs associated with the training. RAF welcomes either general support for the Program, or specific for:
- Scholarship support for training as part of the Summer Program in CT (ages 9-14) and/or NY (ages 15-22)
- Support for the National Security Language Initiative for Youth (NSLI-Y) Russian Language & Culture Russian American Foundation and Bolshoi Way Program sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs
- Scholarship support of training in the year-round program of the Bolshoi Ballet Academy
- Russian Heritage Festival. Over 30 events take place annually throughout New York City which showcase the Russian American culture, heritage and people. Over 90% of the events are public with no admission fees. RAF welcomes general support for the Festival. Specific event Sponsorships are also available.

If you have a specific program request, please specify so in the letter. An official tax donation acknowledgement letter will be sent upon receipt of any support.
HOW CAN I BECOME A SPONSOR OF RAF’S EVENTS?
